So how great is our God?  We are all somewhat familiar with how large the earth we live on is...it takes hours and hours to drive just a fraction of the globe.  Our God created this huge earth we live on!  How about the sun?  Did you know you can fit 1 million earths in the sun?  That is unimaginable in size!  Not to mention the sun is 93 million miles away from us!  There are stars even farther reaching than that - the universe is just not fathomable or measurable with any instruments we have.  Our God created it, our God is bigger than that! 

So what is the most amazing thing of all of this?  What is even more unimaginable about this great God?  Listen to this!  Matthew 10:30 says that "Even the very hairs on your head are numbered".  What does this mean?  It simply means that God, the one who created this unmeasurable universe, cares so much about you, he knows the number of hairs on your head.  We are but small little specks of dust in this universe, but God loves us more than we will ever understand in this life.  Romans 5:8 says that God demonstates this love for us, that even being the sinners we are, he sent his son Jesus to die on the cross for our sins.  Wow!  How could this be?   If you have repented from your sin, if you believe that Christ died for your sins, you share in a promise...Romans 8:38-39 tells us that NOTHING can separate us from the love of God!   That is how great God is!
